Exceptionally comfortable bed in the immaculately clean room. Amazing, fantastic location really close to the center. Based just off everything, including stop on the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing shuttle red line as well as the main sites-also close to a metro station.

best thing: the location and staff, friendly.
We thought that we would find a room for ourselves, but it turns out that they rent a small conditioned apartment. Most of it was pretty old, and it wasn't in the best condition. The shower (in the bathtub) was working quite badly, and I had no support to hang the artichoke. The elevator was old, slow and small, so it didn't give a very safe feeling. As the reception and breakfast room are on the 8th floor, it is almost obligatory to use it. The breakfast room, by the way, was full of wasps, and one of them got into a jar of jam that was on a table. The waitress opened the boat, flew the wasp into the dining room itself and returned the boat as it was to the table. Still, to sleep for a couple of nights is not the worst thing in the world even though they have enough to improve even for a boarding house.

The friendly staff made my stay memorable, especially when they surprised me with chocolates for my birthday. The bright room also allowed for great temperature control, enhancing my comfort throughout my visit.

I tell you my experience: when I arrived there was a confusion and I was told that the accommodation was for 2 people instead of 1. When they gave me the room I thought they were confused: it was so big that I actually thought it was for sharing... it is actually a guesthouse, a mini flat with everything but the kitchen. the heating was excellent, you could regulate it yourself and it was impossible to get cold. Plasma TV, bathtub, hairdryer.. and in the middle of Vienna. The breakfast staff is very friendly. That's great.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard mattress on a wooden surface. Scarce sockets. In the bathroom there are none and in the living room they are hidden. I missed a couple of sockets in a more comfortable place like the bedside tables... breakfast a bit scarce, but it's a pension, you can't ask for more. Cereals, coffee, juice and some sausage. The reception is on the 8th floor. In spite of everything, I would return to this place without hesitation.

The only good thing about this place was the good location as it is near to the shopping street, the spacious room, and average breakfast.
The wifi is very poor. You have to stand in front of the modem to get the signal. You lost the connection even if you move an inch. The shower head is quite a hassle as it can't be remove, only rotate.

Location is great, breakfast is good, clean and friendly staff
The wifi connection is too poor. There is almost no wifi. İ had problems in logging in, when i did, there was no internet connection, it is very annoying. I had to go out to starbucks and Anker bread shop to use wifi. When i told them about the problem some staff said iphones always had the same problem but samsung phones did not. This was redicilous. Another staff admitted there is always the same problem with wifi. İ preferred this hotel because of location and wifi but there is no wifi at all. The hotel needs to improve wifi connection. I really wasted time during 4 days looking for wifi in some shops around the guest house. It was annoying.

Extra pillow was good. Were able to do gluten free breakfast.
Shower head was a bit floppy, but shower worked ok. Light over the hand basin did not work. Wifi was a bit cranky sometimes but connection speed was good enough for basic YouTube video.

This hotel is very handy for central Vienna
Reception and breakfast room were on the 8th floor, rest of hotel was on lots of floors within a block which was a bit confusing.

Stayed for 2 out of the 7 nights we were in Vienna and loved it, the room we were put in wasn't massive but it was a perfect little den for myself and my partner in the heart of Vienna, perfect location for if you're into the uni vibe (live music/street art etc)..even if you aren't into that though the posher side of town is no more than a 15 minute walk away! If you go it's worth taking the side streets to get to places as there are loads of nook and cranny restaurants and stores which were great!
Could've done with a shower on our floor but it wasn't a hassle going downstairs

Breakfast always the same
A mini fridge would have been useful as it was very hot!
